RON (remote online) Notary Services
Available to clients in all 50 states for general notarization. We pay a fee to use a secure online platform that allows for a notary to securely notarize documents using Audio-Visual & KBA technology.
Client can use any electronical device with a steady internet connection and audio-video capabilities. Notaries are available 20/7 using Online Notary Services.
**RON & IPEN allow clients to safely go paperless.

We are NOT allowed to draft legal documents, legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those services.

Remote Online Notary
Remote Online Notary is accepted in 44 states and growing. The process is similar to in-person except you don't have to leave the comfort of your home.
You do need reliable Internet access along with a device that has audio and video access.
the Notary will email you a secure link to upload your document and meet with them.

Shipping / Mailing Courier
Schedule for a notary to pick up your Documents or packages and drop them off at the shipping location of your choice.

Shipping we use PRIORTY SHIPPING of 1-3 days which includes a tracking number. We also always require a SIGNATURE from the receiver upon delivery to ensure extra piece of mind.

Courthouse Courier
Going to the ADA County Courthouse to drop off or file documents. Allow us to file your COMPLETED court documents for you.

Courthouse & Mailing Courier
We are able to file your COMPLETED documents for you with the ADA County Courthouse.
Then we will go wait at the Post Office to mail your documents either through Certified Mail, Express Mail (over night) or Priority Mail (1-3 days) with a REQUIRED Signature from the person receiving the Delivery. All of these also include a tracking number for your peace of mind.
